Oxcon led the ECI phase of this project that involved development of a detailed construction methodology, programme, risk profile and price to construct a 7,500m2 concrete podium over and around the electrified rail environment in Newmarket. Extensive stakeholder interface was required to develop and agree safe systems of work, service diversions and temporary track crossings.
