Oxcon CLL were contracted by Auckland Council to deliver a wide range of different elements of work to rehabilitate and protect the landfills and enhance the park. These included;

• Construction of various retaining walls

• Repair and enhance seawall and construct new stairs

• Install subsoil and swale drains

• Install new RC stormwater lines

• Repair land slips and road pavement and resurface access road

• Install geotechnical monitoring

These works were successfully delivered with very difficult access constraints while preserving and in many cases enhancing the park and its amenity for the local community.
